Xperia Z: Sony’s best weapon for the battle in 2013

It's been a few years that the Sony Xperia Z is present in our stores. The device continued to increase its number of units sold despite the influx of competitors in the market . Its success was largely due to its characteristics of a very worthy competitor to the Galaxy S4 . It is however impaired by some bugs found by users. Fortunately, a fix for these bugs was deployed.

Convincing features

Sony has always done everything possible to be ahead in the Android smartphone market. This however was not allowed to obtain the leading position . Sony thinks  it acquired that status by putting on the market a very interesting Xperia Z.

The previous smartphones of the Japanese group, Sony have always had encouraging results. But pity, missed their few points to not be in the list, including the points concerning the independence and responsiveness. But they believed that with this Xperia Z, the situation changed. A faultless was indeed planned for this high-end device. On the finish, there was nothing to say about these. Its 5-inch screen allows it to meet the current requirements of consumers in terms of display. Besides, the Japanese firm has provided the highest existing resolution, Full HD 1080 x 1920p, the same as the Samsung S4. Which gives a pixel density of 440 ppi? The smartphone used to run on Android 4.1, but an update to version 4.2.2 of the operating system was possible. Its power  was similar to that of the HTC One with the quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor 1.5 GHz and RAM of 2 GB of RAM. It remained however lower than the Galaxy S4 (Qualcomm Exynos 5 Octa version). The Sony Xperia Z is on with the Galaxy S4 at the rear camera sensor (13 megapixels) and connectivity. Its weighs 146 g.

Ascension compromised by bugs

 Last Smartphone Sony high-end was on the second after writing the Galaxy S4 and the HTC One before. It was therefore not surprising to see it regularly accumulate several thousand units sold. In just a few days of detention in fact, some users have found some bugs on the smartphone. Two of the bugs were extremely serious: the vulnerability and how the sudden death problem. No solution was available for the first concern. For the second, Sony Japan deployed a patch, an update that contains not only the solution to the problem of sudden death but also improved white balance on the camera. But later all problems were sorted out.
